Multi-Voicing Technology:
The microphone features Lauten Audio’s proprietary Multi-voicing technology, which provides three distinct voicing options: Gentle, Neutral, and Forward. Each voicing option offers unique frequency shaping to accommodate different recording needs, from warm and vintage to modern and airy.
Pattern Switching:
The microphone allows you to switch between three polar patterns: Cardioid, Omnidirectional, and Figure-8. This feature provides flexibility in capturing sound from different directions and is conveniently located on the microphone itself for quick adjustments.
High-Pass Filters:
The Eden LT-386 includes two high-pass filters known as the “Kick-shaper” and “Vocal-shaper.” These filters help shape the low-end response, with the Kick-shaper designed for kick drums and the Vocal-shaper tailored for vocals and other sources where a smoother sound is desired.
Premium Components:
The microphone uses high-quality components throughout its construction, including a custom 31.25mm dual-diaphragm pressure gradient condenser capsule, a custom-wound US-made output transformer, and a modern EF806s vacuum tube aged using Lauten Audio’s proprietary process.
